I tried meatloaf using lean ground beef, followed all ingredients and instructions except the bacon. I’m satisfied with the outcome . It’s moist, yummy and my daughter likes it. Hello, Chef RV. Ginawa ko pa lang ang embotido. Halos sinunod ko ang recipe dahil iba ang ingredients na meron ako. 50-50 ground beef-pork ang ginamit ko. Imbis na 1/2 cup onion, 1 cup ang inilagay ko dahil wala akong pag gagamitan ng tira, 1/2 cup half-and-half, at nilagyan ko rin ng 1/2 cup each of Vienna sausage and smoked ham. Ang sarap! Medyo matamis lang sa panlasa ko dahil siguro sa dami ng sibuyas. It's a keeper! Thank you for taking the time to teach us.
