Nagluluto ako ng leche flan & i always use 1 can of condensed lang kaya nagulat ako na nakalagay sa recipe nia na 2 cans of condensed, super sweet na un! Other than that, almost same lng ung alam ko na recipe na masarap din tlga, & i use 1 tbsp lemon instead of dayap(hndi ko sya alam actually hahah)

Love your mom's and your recipe and techniques of preparing leche flan. I grew up in a Pampango 🏡 home with only my mom's cooking. She was a superb one-of-a-kind home chef! I remember gathering lime from the garden, zesting them and she sieves them in cheese cloth while immersed in the milk mixture. The good old days! Best and God bless 💖

Too sweet yan kung 2 cans of condensed. Nagluluto ako ng leche flan & ang gamit ko lng 1 can lng lagi. So 10 eggs, 1 evap, 1 condensed, 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Itry nio 1 lng kc too sweet ung 2 cans

Ilang oras mo sinalang? Bakit naka almost 2 hours na ako wobbly pa din siya at hindi firm. Sabi kasi lowest heat daw at 40-45 minutes pero bakit di siya nag firm. Ganun ba talaga ang recipe wobbly?

@@sylviabulacan81 soft naman siya kaso malabsa hindi na nagbuo. Marunong naman ako magluto ng leche flan kaya ako nagtaka bakit hindi nagbuo. Hindi nag firm kagaya nung pinakita ni chef as the finish product sa vlog niya.
