I'm literally cooking this right now. Kakatapos ko lang panuorin yung step by step mo, and OMG! Winner talaga! Considering na white sugar lang gamit ko kasi nalimutan ko magpabili ng brown sugar and wag ko na daw i-ref. From mixing diretse kawali. My family loves it din 😭 thank you so much for this recipe.

I'm excited to try your longganisa recipe! Thank you, Chef RV! I've made longganisa before using a different recipe. I put the meat mixture in an icing bag and squeeze it in the wax paper. Easy to shape into logs. I do the same when making lumpia too.
