EGG PIE
Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons white sugar
¾ cup (180 grams) salted butter, cut into cubes
¼ cup ice cold water
2 egg yolks
Filling:
2 cans condensed milk
2 cups evaporated milk
6 whole eggs
6 egg yolks
1-2 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 egg whites
