Line 12 pcs puto molds with paper liner
Puto:
1 ½ cups cake flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ cup white sugar
1 cup fresh milk
1 whole egg
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
¼ teaspoon salt
12 pcs cheese slices, for topping
Asado filling:
¼ cup chopped onions
1 teaspoon minced garlic
¼ kilo ground meat or crumbled tofu
1/2 cup to 1 cup chopped mushrooms
2-3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
Pinch of five spice seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
