CHICKEN SOTANGHON SOUP
500 grams chicken breast (skin on), cut into chunks
salted butter
3 tablespoons minced garlic
½ cup sliced onions
Fish sauce
mushroom powder
Enough water
3-4 carrots, julienne
Toasted garlic
250 grams sotangon
Sliced hard boiled eggs
Toasted garlic
chopped spring onions

can i add something? for those who have small kids like me, what we do is boil the whole breast (bone on) and make chicken stock. Then we set aside the chicken stock for use as base for the sotanghon & we shred the chicken which we will eventually add sa sotanghon din. Yun lang po. thanks chef for sharing this recipe 😍
