Can’t wait to try this recipe! I’ve never thought about doing veggies as a garnish to make it more hearty, adding pumpkin seeds…I’d love to do a pumpkin seed pesto to go on top as well! Love this recipe! It looks so good! Thank you for sharing

@@chefdwainaina It's so good Chef! I even lack the words to describe it. I have already made it twice in less than a week and I'll still be making it again this week. And the apple-vegetable garnish? Genius! Try adding a spoonful of cashew nuts too. Blends in so perfectly. I honestly don't think I'll have pumpkins any other way for some time. Thanks Chef.

Good sir, is it possible to list all the spices that you use that have shelf life longevity? This will help not having to run to the store when I realize I do not have a specific spice. And would you mind sharing the brand for the pots and pans you use they look like granite or porcelain but I'm not sure. Thank you for making my kitchen smell amazing and the food makes my taste buds happy.

Do we have curry leaves here in Kenya? In Swahili, what's the name?

Thanks Betty, check probably in specialty stores or use bay leafs or lime leafs which are more readily available.

Hi chef, the word “dice” is a plural in and of itself, so you only need to say “small dice” or cut into large dice”. Incidentally, the singular term is “die”. Just sayin’. This recipe sounds lovely (just a shame neither my husband or myself are fans of coconut). *sigh*
@chefdwainaina4 ай бұрын
Thanks for the tip, you can use cream as an option.
