Thank You. As we don't get tips in the kitchen we had to work more hours than the waiter and waitress. Probably 2~4 hours earlier than them to prepare stuff to fill your stomach.

i vote in the future people need to appreciate the wait for quality meals, i understand kitchens need speed but i want to say people understand quality takes time
I like how Uncle knows to get out of way when Chef is 'in the zone'.

New thing I learned from this video~ frying with lard before making soup will give the soup white color. I want to try that luffa egg soup. 🥰 In the Philippines we call it patola, serve stir fried or with misua suop.
