I have to say, I had a boyfriend in my late teens for several years, I had been just messing around outside & he said "how can you be a gymnast & not even be able to do a cartwheel??", He was dead serious too, we were already together for at least a year & known each other for at least 2 by this time. I had to prove to him I could do a cartwheel. Not to mention all of the front & back handsprings, Ariel's, flips, you name it that brought this up to begin with. I just never did them at that point...still laugh about that one. So I can sort of relate to where we all thought the cartwheel was going in the video!! Lol 😁😂🙃

just wanted to comment, thanks for the inspiration. I totally understand the fear factor. I recently started taking an adult gymnastics class to stay in shape, because gymnastics is way more fun than lifting weights. There are 3 other adults and we had all done gymnastics as youths (i quit in 1984...i'm old) and its kind of interesting to see how scary the tricks/skills are now that we could do casually when we were 12, but it's also cool to see how much the body "remembers" those tricks/skills once we get our minds to get out of the way.
