United won the Europa League, not the UCL - they didn't qualify for the UCL the season before, you can see when Jack flips back to the previous season they only got Europa League football.

Jack, why do you allow your subs to get so low on match sharpness? Surely arrange friendlies, U21 games, rotation etc.? Or does it make little difference?

It matters but much less if a player is just being subbed on for a cameo. My u21 Games are on Fridays which means anyone playing in those games lacks the condition to play a game on a Saturday or Sunday

​@MrJorge3010 the problem then is they miss a ton of training for the u21 match and being held out of training for the senior match. This can hurt development quite a kot. It can be solved but it takes a ton of micro that is only dubiously worth it, and given he has competing factors for time i dou t it's worth it overall Edit: this doesn't even consider how much training time your u21 squad loses if they play matches a week. That can hurt their development significantly
