maresca is a calm and patient manager, but sometimes his subs i feel need to be less patient, players like nkunku and felix are usually subbed in the last 10 mins where they cant make an impact

Apart from Cucurella not being in the Everton game, Moresca moved Cowill to the left, which denied the team those linebreaking passes he makes from the center of the defence. Tosin struggled to play those passes.

i so agree with you when you said about substituting CP. he can make things happen out of no where. It has happened few matched ago, where he was average all game but a moment of magic gave us 3 points. Don't love the Nkunku take... I know it won't happen, but I'd actually like to see Maresca give him a run of a few games in a row starting at striker to try and build some form. Jackson's a solid player in general, but don't love him as a striker. He scores a fair amount of goals but only because of how many great chances we provide him, his finishing rate is still bad. As for Felix I'm a fan of him, would like to see him get more minutes even if being brought on as a sub for 20+ mins for whichever attacker is on it the least in the given game. But I wouldn't be surprised to see him start at Ipswich, like he did at Southampton

Please disagree with you. Maresca changes tactics. You need to study his tactics. Example against Everton he moved Enzo into attacking position and pushed Gusto near to caciedo. For me he would have started Viega at left and keep Gusto at right and drop disasi. We missed Gusto crosses.
