Chelsea, a good homemade roach remedy.... 1 tablespoon boric acid, 1 tablespoon flour and 1 tablespoon icing sugar. Put it in shallow containers, out of reach of the kitties, in a cupboard, by the pipes, in a closet. This really works. The tenant downstairs brought in roaches and I tried this. It saved a ton of money by not having to get an exterminator. I got my boric acid at the drugstore.

I used to work at a great little indie book store. One of my many favorite books was The Better World Shopping Guide. It was helpful and hard to learn that (there is a new parent company now, I believe) my favorite Burt’s Bees chapstick was owned by the Clorox Corporation, one of the biggest polluters ever! Don't give up hope as you make your sourdough starter from scratch. I almost did back in 2019. It took longer than all the online advice and videos. I actually started using two jars with different types of flour; Ernie is still alive and going strong (whole wheat), but Bert didn't make it (rye). Good luck!

i recommend getting an auto feeder for the cats so when you are out, you can still feed them. You can even time it so it comes out a specific time and certain amount. Or you can manually tap it on the app and they will be fed even when you are out.

Well just as Katherine is an inspiration to you I find myself thinking I should start running again. So I was a track n field star (myself and my big brother) when we we kids in eugene Oregon where we grew up. Well we did whatever sport was in according to the seasons. Then puberty kit and I gained weight and that's when the girls came. And I remember I could still run distance and sprints on up in to junior year in high school but I didn't like the embarrassment and all the looks I got from boys and older men. So I stopped running. I wouldn't even run for a bus if it pulled up and I could make it just doing a short sprint. Anyways. I'm 44 love to talk long walks brisk walks and was just thinking she's doing 3 mile runs. I could do it! I think that can help me health wise weight wise and mental clarity along with anxiety. You my dear are an inspiration. I live in las vegas and it's just now starting to cool down so no better time than the present. Anyways I'm proud of you and I'm rooting you on from way over here.

Yes sourdough starter!!!! I started mine in September and it was a little bit of rollercoaster but I didn't give up and now I'm baking bread!! Very rewarding in the end. Looking forward to your next vlog.

Great week vlog Chelsea I wish I could do that run my legs would never do it. But am walking almost every week for 2 hours inspired by your runs.
