Watch probably about 10 racing podcasts a week. This is the best one

Obviously, your Irish. I have never seen a show that comes out with so much bull because a UK horse wins. We knew the excuse Energumene past it card would be played if beaten. Even the Henderson Triumph hope that was impressive they had to throw negatives about that.

@@prometheus9715bizarrely i find myself agreeing with both of you. It is a great show Ben....and the Cheltenham handicaps absolutely had to change after Mullins won festival handicaps with State Man and Galopin. How anyone can criticize Skelton after that level of skullduggery is ridiculous.

@@prometheus9715 I’m from the Midlands, been to Punchestown a few times and will be again this year after Cheltenham. I don’t really understand this over the top rivalry to be honest. I enjoy the UK vs Irish competition but couldn’t care less if I back a winner and it’s from Afghanistan. These lads watch a lot more Irish racing than me so I find it helpful in case I miss a couple of horses.

A quite enjoyable show as ever gentlemen. Tony and Diarmuid are fountains of knowledge as they always are, albeit Diarmuid we will have to forgive you the age error for Galopin. I am listening to you for 7 or 8 years so I can forgive you this rare error. Tony 's stats on Willie Mullins were illuminating and something you just don't get on other tipping shows which are all shouting and bravado. This is the best show there is out there in horse racing in my opinion and I am enjoying it. Will you continue for the flat?

Cass, one of the best bets I ever did was a 100/1 shot, Busselton in the Turners that Galopin fell. Looked at the market 2 weeks before and thought it would cut up to 4/5 runners so did a small EW NRNB with the 3 places. Told all the mates and they got on too. Only 4 ran, Galopin fell so only 3 home (busselton ended up a distance 2nd to Bob). 20/1 a place 100% LOL 🤣
@stephencass242110 күн бұрын
Would you believe I did the very same bet. Captain Guinness in the Arkle the previous year was 50/1 with the same angle. Came 3rd of 5.

@ class. Love those muggy bets when you know the field will cut up. Might catch ya for a pint some day. We have a mutual friend in PP towers whose first name rhymes with Tank...and he kinda looks like one 🤪😂😂

They should make the pipe for novices only - just three runs required. And they can already run from May the previous year so 5 runs is very possible without the need to run them every month from October.

The most biased show on the planet, it is what it is. What i find hilarious is moaning about the handicap rules.No mention when future grade one winners are winning such handicaps. The majority of Irish handicap winners at Cheltrnham leave a sour taste when winning.Yet you lot hail it as genius where, in reality, it's cheating. Skelton does it, and he's the devils spawn. Respect the horse and performance regardless of who trains them and where they are trained.
