According to Takahata (the voice actor for Alucard, and also Nappa on DBZ Abridged), Anderson and Alucard went on a hunt together between episodes to find out. Surprisingly, the leprechaun they killed was actually full of Boo Berry.

Peter here, the joke is that in the original series he says he was sent by "Millenium", not the Nazis. Hence why Waxwell sold Millenium's information to Integra later. The references are as follow: "I heard George Lucas" (Millenium Falcon) "I heard Miami Heat" (Golden Millenium Era for the team in the 2000's) "I herd the Mötley Crüe with my vampire hearing." (Their Millenium Collection) The references might have been easier to catch back in 2011 when that episode aired.

So to explain a few things: "The Aristocrats" is apparently an old theatre joke. The idea is you could do the stupidest, most deranged stuff and just say "The Aristocrats" as a joke. You might know that the myth of Dracula was based on Vlad the impaler, what's less commonly known is that Dracula is the toned down myth. Also, It doesn't come up during abridged but Andersons coat is a portal to the Bayonet dimension, in case you ever question how many he has.

That line in episode 2 at 29:30 is actually almost exactly one that Alucard says to Luke in the show canonically, after blowing Luke’s legs off, minus the cursing and the “give me a hug” parts obviously. In the show it’s due to Alucard hoping for a worthy opponent to kill him. He even expresses disappointment and despair with Luke for being just another weakling, one that gave him hope initially. I’ve only seen Hellsing OVA not Hellsing Ultimate, both are completely different with a few overlaps in story and characters although the latter sticks to manga canon more. Like the difference between Fullmetal Alchemist and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. For Hellsing they keep some of the same dialogue though. Edit; Also during the part with Luke after Alucard tears his leg, that music is from God of War, the original games’ ost. Edit 2: I remember how so many people complained that the guy who voices Maxwell only had one voice (he apparently sounded nearly the same in all abridging he does for TFS). I never had an issue but I saw many comments over the years. Jokes on them though because he gets many roles in official English dubs.

Apparently the biggest reason airships failed was because the material used for the skin wasn't sturdy enough. It would degrade over time, and also in the sun. Causing massive crashes, as you can imagine. That's even well before the _Hindenberg_ disaster. Also, planes were just safer and more reliable, so they ended up replacing ocean liners as the premiere method of travel instead. Modern materials would make airships actually work, but again, considering planes already exist, I think it's safe to say that the era of airships has sadly passed on by. I mean, we have blimps, but they aren't nearly as fast, cheap, and reliable as airliners for travel.

The real reason Seras was in a coffin during the flight to Brazil is that, unlike Alucard, at this point in the series, she wasn't a true vampire yet. Because of that, she had to rest in a coffin with the soil from her homeland to be able to safely travel over the ocean. Normally, Alucard would've had to as well, but he is significantly more powerful, even compared to normal vampires.

So for context when he said neat to the actions the vampire priest was going to take, his tone was all devoid of emotions and care. Hinting to the idea that Alucard wanted the guy to shut up, leave hime alone and out of it, and let him get back to walking. That's why he seems more excited when the priest threatened him. But yes forced relations is a bad thing. And God to I remember watching these when they first came out, the wait time was so damn worth it. They had another it was for Attack On Titan, but sadly had to stop for bullshit reasons. But too many copyright strikes cost them quite a bit.

Would you believe that Integra and Jan (mostly Jan, but Integra is a shown as being a lot more stable) are actually toned down in Abridged compared to how they were originally written? 14:10 So in Melbourne Australia at one of their conventions that Lanipator was attending, one of the halls had a screening of Hellsing Ultimate Abridged Episode 1…and he came in on The Major’s speech. So he got on stage and said the same thing here word for word, and the crowd responded in kind, word for word, including the Gesündheits. He has joked that his World War II veteran grandfather would be so proud. 19:08 Severely underrated line, like these number crunchers thought that they could intimidate Integra Fairbrook Wingate Hellsing of all people, to speak nothing of the other three powerhouses on the compound. 36:52 Notice what his capital i looks like? 43:05 Not shown: in the original version of this scene, Alucard uses the same mind control/hypnosis on one of the fleeing officers just as the elevator door is closing and convinces him to hold the door open as Alucard slowly approaches the group who are panicking and trying to close the door again. You can see how that went in this version. Also, in the original Integra ordered Alucard to show no mercy to the police team rather than him disobeying her here. Source material Alucard is a monster and merciless, but he’s absolutely loyal to Integra. 48:20 This sounds like a joke. and it is, but the Major is dead serious about planning around their plans that they’re making around the Major’s plans. He has taken all variables into accountability, even the failure of his own men which he actually counts on. You’ll see just how calculated his grand scheme is by the end.

Also I love this series it is absolutely beautiful and I find that TFS on their Abridged takes have really liked nailed down every single aspect to a show they could get their hands on. TFS truly draws out the true essence of each character there is, look at their dbza look at their Hellsing a. They know how to draw out characters to their purest cells that it is ridiculous and I love every single moment of it because it's almost like you get the full context of the actual show itself and a more compacted version of itself

The swat guy who p*ssed out like a b*tch, was the alucards VA friend, he didn't want a complex role or voice lines, but wanted to contribute, so the Alucard VA told him they had a role of some guy who only had to do a whimper... some trivia. P**ssed out like a b*tch happened to be an internal joke between them.
