Highly trained in counter terrorism operations, CBRN Operators are specially selected, trained and employed to provide the technical expertise to combat complex, adaptive, emerging threats across the spectrum of SOF missions and operations. Specializing in, but not limited to CBRN. Threats of this nature demand CBRN Operators to be physically superior, mentally agile and emotionally resilient; deploying domestically and abroad on short notice in small, agile teams to insert onto land or maritime objectives from aircraft, boat or by foot. And, all the while working hand in hand with Special Operations Forces partners and other government departments from across the globe to protect Canada and its allies

CANSOF accepts applications from all branches. (I suppose it would be a 'purple unit' if you are familiar with CAF trade ID) If a CANSOF team needs to intercept a threat like this that is on the sea, they can deploy with the ship or be picked up by it

I've always had a passion interest it. I know that it's grueling and incredibly unfun as there's a ton procedure and protocol that must be followed or people die. Also, having to strip down for decomination is likely the least worst thing that can happen for a bad idea.
