hi, what about if our feed is a mixture of non-polar component and a compound with polar and non-polar component? eg, triglycerides + palmitic acid.

How about if the component consist of both polar and non polar component?

from chemistry, we know that polar-nonpolar will exhibit dipoles and temporary dipoles, therefore, this requires an activity coefficient based model such as NRTL, UNIFAC, etc
