Im in Melbourne Australia. The only person i know of that might teach it here is Master Peter Wu. Ive had one class with him so far but never got around to asking him about silk reeling yet

Pinyin is not sufficient for reasonable communication. You have to use Chinese characters. And furthermore, some of your syllables are not even from pinyin, they are wrong.
