चिनाब रेलवे ब्रिज पर सिंगल ब्रॉड गेज रेलवे लाइन बिछा दी गई है खास बात यह है इसमें स्टील स्लीपर लगाए गए हैं स्टील स्लीपर लगाने के पीछे जो वजह है वह यह है कि सीमेंट स्लीपर के मुकाबले इनका वजन 10 गुना कम होता है इसी के साथ इन पर तेज रफ्तार ट्रेनें चलाई जा सकती हैं चिनाब रेलवे ब्रिज पर रेलवे ट्रैक के साथ-साथ जालीदार स्टील फ्रेम दोनों तरफ लगाया गया है यह फ्रेम चिनाब ब्रिज के आसपास रहने वाले लोगों के लिए पैदल आने-जाने के लिए रास्ता देगा

Why only one track? For logistics and security reasons there should have been two tracks.

Maybe it is not strong enough to bear 2 trains weight at the same time.

There would be railway station on both side such that a train can be stopped and only one passes at a time. They would had to make it much wider if both side track was to be made. Hence cost would be even more. Not practical

And not only this , there are engineering problems may be if they give double track it can harm the bridge as it's already way too high

Two trains at a single time can damage the bridge and don't ask why they didn't make it strong enough then i should say that just check the height of the bridge the balancing is very tough for engineers already and electric pole will be installed later

पुल पर दूसरी लाइन की जगह रखी है की नही ? दोहरीकरण लाइन करे तब दूसरा ब्रिज बनवाने की ज़रूरत न पड़े

1 .What about overhead electric cables for electric Railway engines ? Vande Bharat trains have only electric traction ? 2 What will happen to the cables crane once the bridge is complete ?

Why the track is curved man I know it may not be issue but I guess Straight bridge would be stronger and stable? Atleast by a point one percent difference!

Sir, l herewith repeat my suggestion . Pleàse increse the height of fencing on both sides upto 6 feet to 8 feet with 3 inch sqare steel jali all over the length from this to that length . This is for the safety of the persons moving on the bridge. Thànks .
