Dimash and Hua Hua are my two favorite male singers on the planet. They are very different but equally talented and mesmerizing. Don't try to figure out what genre he does because he doesn't fit in any of the boxes. HuaHua is awesome. He is 32 years old now. This was a cover of a straight rapsong HuaHua rearranged in this amazing way. HuaHua is in the music business since 2013. He started his career on the show Superboy which he won. He sung a very unusual selfcomposed lyricless song at his first Superboy audition. He said he will sing in a martian language. After that he was called the boy from Mars. In the beginning it was meant as an insult by some people. But he made it his trademark. His fans are called Martians, his concerts are called Mars concerts. He is our King of Mars. Welcome to Mars 😃. HuaHua has a quite wide variety of songs/ genres. He is also an amazing composer. Thanks for visiting our beloved Hua Hua. Pretty much everything he did on both of his seasons on the Chinese TV competition show, "Singer," is amazing. A true artist in all respects, he'll continue to amaze you. He's one of the few artists that can draw so much emotion out of a song, as you'll see in some of his other more serious performances ("Us" which is about a ex-love, "Dad, I'm Home," which is about domestic violence, and "I Am What I Am," which is about not fitting in). He packs a wallop in those, but he has many other fun performances ala "Nunchucks" also, like "I Don't Care" and "Jackdaw Boy." He is 4 years older than Dimash I believe. This song reminds me of "SOS" in the way that he mixes genres and voices. He is definitely a performer! I heard that he sold out a huge stadium so quickly that they had to add two extra nights of concerts just to give everyone tickets! I sort of think of him as an "untamed Dimash"! (Though since he was widely known before Dimash, perhaps I should say Dimash reminds me of a "tame Hua Chenyu"!)

I'm nearly 70 and have loved Metal since young. But I live everything in between from Opera to Disco. 😂 I am a huge fan of Queen/Freddie Mercury and David Bowie. Hua Hua is like them both put together. 😲 There is a KZbin Channel called "Hua Chenyu English Subs", where you'll find lots of his performances. He grew up listening to Linkin Park, Muse, Radiohead... So Rock is his core. But genuinely he does EVERY genre. Hope you hang around to discover more. There's actually a college performance of him singing "I will always love you" in English, which shows him before he metamorphised into a butterfly. Yes yes. You have found the most amazing performer who is also an epic composer. Dimash and Huahua are my favourite performers. I hope you react to more of his stuff. He has the purest soul. He won a competition in China called superboy and never looked back. If you watch is audition you won't believe this is the same person. He has grown so much. There is a channel called hua chenyu English subs who spend their free time translating all his performances for us in the west. You can find everything there including his epic concerts. Hua Chenyu is the most versatile and unpredictably wonderful singer I have ever heard. He bounces from pop to rock, rap to classical, Arthouse to easy listening, and back again sometimes in the same song. I have never been bored by his work, not only has he a wonderful voice, but he actively performs and "lives" his songs. Some of the TV programmes are hard to use clips of without blurring due to the TV company claiming copyright, but HuaHUa is really worth sticking with, his live performances are stunning and always of an amazingly high quality. Great to see Hua Chenyu featured. He extremely versatile as an all round musician, arranging and composing many of his songs. Try "Child" or "Fake Monk" (with preceding interview if possible) from the same Singer competition I think, or "Seven personalities" for even more changes within one song. Unfortunately, there seem to be copyright issues for reactors sometimes.

The only thing I would add to what others have said about the magician that is Hua Hua is that if you see there is a longer and a shorter video of the same song always go for the longer version. The longer ones usually include some explanation of why he did it which gives a different dimension to understanding the song. The best place for his songs is the Hua Chengyu English Subs Channel. As a few others have said I highly recommend Zhou Shen as another Chinese artist to explore, he's simply amazing.

HuaHua gave an amazing online concert 3 weeks ago as a gift to his martians for his 9th anniversary. 200 million people have watched it live. He did this concert together with a symphony orchestra. Hua Chenyu is brilliant in rearranging songs and mixing genres. He's extremly versatile and you can never know what to expect from his next song. If you want a very artistic performance then you should watch his cover of "Fake Monk". He also has many own songs like "Seven Personalities" or "Qi Tian". Talking about Chinese artists, I recommend listening to angel voice Zhou Shen. Dimash & Hua are my 2 FAVORITE singers of all time. I am a born US citizen, and I don't even listen to US singers any longer after these 2.
