Hi Mr Jose. May you made one video clip show us how to install Print Studio Pro on Photoshop 2021, for Lightroom is OK. Thanks

Hi Jose, I wondered if you might be able to help. I've just started using CANON Print Studio Pro, with my P-1000 and, everything was going great, but now I'm suddenly getting strange vertical lines on the borders of my prints (on the right-hand side) sometimes it's just a fine keyline, other times it's a thick, dark border. Do you have any thoughts as to why this might be happening?

It's an artifact that seems to plague that app. I do not use it and print strictly out of my editing apps or QIMAGE which is made strictly for photo printing!

Love canon print studio pro, but wondering if it can be a plugin in Lightroom classic. I thought I installed it but get error so now I edit in Lightroom, then move photo over to Photoshop so I can use the print studio plugin. Have you done a video on installing this in Lightroom classic? Thank you Jose

The installation errors are known and CANON has unfortunately not come up with a solution. There is a way to manually install the actual plugin to the correct folder where LR will then see it. I had to do that with PS.

I love your videos. I have just bought a Canon pro 10s but cannot get it to install. I have Windows 10 and up to date LR and PS. Any advice as to how I might cure the problem

What do you mean? How are you installing it? With the most recent driver from canon? Double click the driver and wait until it prompts you to connect to your PC via USB?

Thank you. I did download the Driver for my Pro 10S it seems that none of the ICC canon paper profiles are there:) is there a place I can download them .Thanks

Of course they are. Are you on a MAC by any chance? That might be the reason. Are you downloading the correct driver rather than the Air Print?

Jose, Thanks again for the video, it was informative and helpful. Sorry for all these questions but I have one more for you. When I open the Print Studio Pro (I'm using a Mac 5K 27 inch), in the top left hand corner of the screen under "Image information and Resolution" it displays the photo information and always a DPI of "240", regardless of how large I am printing. I usually print from Nikon D800 files. If I am printing a 13X19, which I almost always do, it will display an image size of "20X30" with a DPI of "240". This really confuses me and I don't know why this information is displayed. Does the Canon Pixma Pro 10 only print at a maximum of 240DPI, is that possibly why? Thanks.

I do not use Mac. But PSP automatically handles your print resolution. It works flawlessly. I don't even think about it. Don't worry too much about that! Enjoy printing instead!

@@cheo1949 How can I tell what resolution print studio pro is printing at? I am on windows and it also displays the image resolution as 240dpi on an 8000x4000 image. I have even imported photos I know the ppi of as TIFFs and it still says 240dpi? I'm new to printing and really confused by this and there don't seem to be any answers to this on forums. Are my prints limited to 240dpi when printing through PSP or is it displaying 240dpi on every image (regardless of size) just a quirk of the software? Love the videos btw
