You must mention “ At the time of presentation of cheque , the holder of the cheque has to prove that he has had the legally enforceable debt & liability by adducing the pivotal , passable & cogent documents”, here Reverse onus clause will be implemented & the burden of proof will be shifting from accused to Complainant.
