Agar will ke case mein legal hairs notice ko receive nahin Karte Hain to kya probate hone ke bad bhi ISI whisper challenge kar sakte hain unhen notice nahin mila

Sir 138 mein agar notice aur summon accuse adress par nai send kiye hai. Other adress par send kiye hai toh kya 138 banega

sir if one of the LRs of deceased testator of Will had given NOC in Yr. 2016 in favour of beneficiary qua that Wiil , whether at the time of getting Probate of that Will in Ys.2022 , and in the proceedings of Probate that person( who gave NOC) objected to the authenticity of Will , the period of limitation of 3 yrs would come in the way as in the case of seeking declaration of null and void of Will.
