I grew up on these variety shows. Linda and Olivia were my favorite singers. I taped everything I saw on TV on my cassette player recorder. Then later on my VCR. So glad we can find everything on KZbin now .

What a treat, and how unusual, to see Linda Ronstadt on a variety show in the 70s! If I recall, she was more likely to appear on shows such as Midnight Special, or Don Kirshner's Rock Concert. One of my best memories was seeing her in 1975 at Anaheim Stadium with the Eagles, Jackson Browne and Toots & the Maytels. What a show! Linda is definitely my all-time favorite singer.
