Here we go again!! Number 3 reading. You make me cry! I will be moving soon and my relationships will alter as a natural consequence. And it's been difficult getting to this point of acceptance. But what made my heart ache was realising how long I have ' toughened up' and lived without expecting love. Yes there is a shell around my heart, but it was a brick wall. Always love your readings❤ Your voice is so comforting and u always bring me hope. Usually always a wow! But today, so bang on. This shift is different from all my other experiences. It s like a sense that I m dying. A different shift than I ve ever felt. With recent surgery, I have not been able to quiet my fears and my thoughts by running away or distracting my thoughts. I have no choice to sit with everything. It's been pretty scary. Now I still feel the hurt and the anger although I Don t feel like I want to die any more. Thank you so much!! I have been in a healing process of childhood trauma and it has everything to do with my self worth and how it stops me from thinking I can achieve what I want. I've realized how not doing something because you're tired is different from not acting because you're paralised with fear (of not making it). And how it all derives from what I've been told my whole childhood, that I couldn't do it, that I was uncapable. But it is how you said... These are just things that I've been told. Literally, just words out of someone else's mouth. They don't mean anything, really, in a sense of defing myself. It is such a basic concept, but it's surprisenly difficult to grasp. It's going to be a journey to change it, but it will happen! Little by little. Again, thank you ❤

3. I got Covid and on the first day I did self reiki and had such beautiful healing moments. I do self reiki just about everyday but because I was sick... I guess it was time for clearing. During the reiki I said to my dad and my mum, I forgive you and then I thanked them for helping to mold me into the person I am today. I've always been a spiritual seeker of the highest truth, it started with just reading self help books to help gain my confidence. It's been an uncomfortable and testing journey with many beautiful moments intertwined as well. I had to learn to love myself.
