This was one of a set of songs Paul wrote in collaboration with Elvis costello, it was a really fertile mix as there were some great songs on both sides. The band here was the same as Paul's awesome 89/90 World tour. What a treat it was to see that. I think this was the best set of musicians paul worked with since the beatles. Great song, thanks for posting.

I remember an interview Paul Macartney did when this was released. he mentioned the parts in the song with the lines . takes me to that place , being a bit close to the beatles harmonies . crazy........the beatles set the benchmark high and he thought he shouldn't be going there
