That makes no sense. You mean the bishop on e2 taking pawn on d3, right? Black's queen was under attack, so even with exposed check they'd just end up giving the queen up for that pawn, which is insane. Even if for some reason white didn't take the queen, they could have just recaptured the bishop with their own bishop from a6 & then returned it to that square again right away. So yeah, bishop takes pawn on d3 is trading a bishop for a pawn AT BEST, more likely trading a queen for a pawn, which is literally the worst trade you can make (unless it's a trap leading to a forced mate, but no such trap exists here). I know it's hard to see the overall position in this type of video but pause the board on more zoomed-out views & you'll be able to see these things better.
