What was Vidit trying to do when the right thing to do was to shake hands and resign? A little bit of disappointment at losing a game is understandable but to take so long shaking his head was so disgusting to watch. Compounded to it was how he kept looking at Arjun, time and again, during the histrionics, as if willing Arjun to look at him. A very bad loser is Vidit because he didn't sign the scoresheet, indicative of a mindgame that he had calculated in his mind in case Arjun had met his pointed looks at him. So, Vidit seems to have some mindgame to fall back on even if he lost his game or is it just a weird tactic with Arjun because he is a friend?
