No, I think the game was about to end, prag was in position to exchange his bishop with carlsen's knight, then both had 2 pawns left with almost equal position, that dont require much thinking, so it would still have ended as a draw

Its like a very close game and one team has a little advantage on the score with some seconds to end the match the other team cant possible win....but for sportmanship the wining team recognize the effort of the loser and says lets make this a draw and go home who cares..the loser team accepts and say ok.
