in my opinion this is by far the best format/challenge someone has ever done in the chess community, and I really hope you guys are gonna do it again. Absolute cinema. Top quality content

To have not only the knowledge of the lines in the blindfolded positions in these games but also correctly predicting 900 behavior is the best possible summary of Chessbrah Aman and Chessbrah subs

@@chessbrahthat might actually work, have the player suggest 2 moves and flip a coin which one of them is played without telling them

Somebody gonna wake up Aman at 2am with a camera "haha you got checkmated!"
@gana72066 сағат бұрын
I think this should be called “Quantum Chess” because the state of the board is only determined when you probe it.
@gorgitСағат бұрын
As somebody writing his master thesis on open quantum systems, this gave me a chuckle, nice one :)

Aman: Atleast now we know the position. 3 moves later: You got checkmated. 😂

Aman's predictions of the lower level players' way of thinking are almost always spot on! And it's hilarious when his prediction is correct. Makes me: "How do you know that?"

I would like to see more of this. Honestly, I thought 20% was too high (I’m only 2100 and it would def be for me) but after seeing his reasoning skills and how well he played the last game with crazy variance, I wanna see it again at 30-50%!!!
@gorgitСағат бұрын
50% might be impossible man. Way too high chances for very long chains of invisible moves. But yeah, this was the most fun chess challenge I've ever seen, hope they do it again.

This was such a cool challenge and it's made me think of a similar one: Blindfold but you get all your opponents moves a move later. e.g. 1. e4 ... 2. Nf3 e5 3. Bc4 Nc6. Takes thinking one step ahead VERY literally

"We're getting all the bad luck out of the way" lol great video

Not only does he have to calculate multiple variations for each current position in his head, but he also has to calculate multiple variations for each possible state of the chess board’s current position and determine the best move. Bro has to see like 100 different boards simultaneously to do well.

I really enjoyed it! First game took a devious turn in the end lol! Consider a mini speedrun with a low % of unknown moves, i would love to see it! Cheers

Now instead of a 20% chance you don't know your opponent's move, 20% chance a random move is played for you XD

Ode To Eric: When last we knew, flowers blossomed as they grew, pine trees shed needles anew, but whither went poor Eric? Had he appointment dark and dreary? or engagement with female spry and merry? Perhaps waylaid by chess foes insidious? Arrested for intoxication perfidious? Alas, we know not but we implore. Poor Aman alone with the Philidor.

i also play this line of game 2, and if he's not taking the queen but plays pawn to e6 to defend the bishop attack, you come back with your queen on e2 and there are still tricks with knight sacrificing on f7 :D

@giant056 сағат бұрын
Nd5 allows Bg3 so if you wanna attack the bishop might as well grab it so its more of a experience thing

Cmon, not the obviously looking at the screen through the beanie 🤣 how stupid do you think we are, this is a children tactic like pretending to hold your hand in front of your eyes and looking through the fingers. All you had to do was turn 180 degrees and face the wall. But no face right up to the screen 🤣 idiot
