I’m amazed at anyone who can grab the opposite thigh on that spinal twist stretch! I grab my hip for sure but not the thigh. Lol! Great workout as always. Really questioned whether I could push myself up after last set into stretch. 😂

Since you asked - I have been working out with PJ for some time now and the first several times she did this stretch and said ‘reach around and grab the opposite thigh’ I thought ‘who in the hell can do that!’ I was sure it was because my arms were too short, my torso too long, whatever - but I could not do it! However, I proudly say I CAN DO IT! In fact, I can grab the FRONT on my thigh using my whole hand - not just touching the side with fingertips. So the stretches DO work 😊

Flyes 8# (shoulder injury), last set done slow. Pullovers ended w 15. Presses ended w 12s. Rows ended w 40# tubing, heaviest I have so had to separate feet and move slower. Thank you
