fabulous 55 today! to go with this fabulous workout... PJ, your Patreon program is my gift to myself every month but especially this month as I celebrate another run around the sun. I am SO grateful to be fitter than I was, stronger than I was before I found you... Being comfortable in my own skin and body and muscles is the gift that keeps giving. Day 13 ✔ in the bag. Compared to the almost 2 years and numerous challenges, I think this is my best one yet. I can keep up with you even though I have almost 5yrs ahead of you age wise. Its true PJ age isn't a number. Hope you and all the crew have an amazing Sunday 🌞!!!!!!!

Day 1 of 21 day Fit and Fierce Challenge completed! Loved the ab move. Wow! I feel ALL my muscles fired up! I am documenting my w/o on my calendar so I can see visually when and what w/o I'm completing. Keeping me motivated!!!

Oh my goodness, this workout was KILLER!! Loved it!! I also loved the moves using bands instead of hand weights--they burned so good!

Awesome upper body burn! That tabata at the beginning was a killer! I think this challenge is the toughest yet, but I've been able to keep up and feel strong and accomplished at the end of each workout :) Thanks PJ!

Day 13✅ before day 12 This was a very interesting workout PJ. Thank u. The second workout after wall the wall push up was tough 😬 Loved it...BUT I need more so I'm gonna do day 12 as well. I need a cardio😉😉

Absolutely loved this workout, especially the opening sequence burn! Always amazed that bands can give such a delightful muscle soreness! I’m talking about the sore later in the day the reminds you about your hard work but not so bad you can’t do it again tomorrow! Keep up the fantastic work PJ!

Awesome workout!! I can't imagine how sore my arms will be tomorrow! I see that you are down to two lights in front of the wall. These are the kind of things I notice while exercising. Gets my mind off how difficult the workout is! :)

I’m amazed at anyone who can grab the opposite thigh on that spinal twist stretch! I grab my hip for sure but not the thigh. Lol! Great workout as always. Really questioned whether I could push myself up after last set into stretch. 😂

Since you asked - I have been working out with PJ for some time now and the first several times she did this stretch and said ‘reach around and grab the opposite thigh’ I thought ‘who in the hell can do that!’ I was sure it was because my arms were too short, my torso too long, whatever - but I could not do it! However, I proudly say I CAN DO IT! In fact, I can grab the FRONT on my thigh using my whole hand - not just touching the side with fingertips. So the stretches DO work 😊

Phew my band didn't snap 🤣😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I stuck the the handle tubing known my luck if I didn't and it did snap it would hit me in the face 😂 But PJ my arms were toast omg 😳 I struggled to do the planks lol 😂😆😂 but I really enjoyed the ab workout section And as for PLYO very nice interesting never done PLYO before be nice to see more 😁 Thank you PJ LEGEND once again sweat was on Steph 🇮🇪

3rd round. Rats! I'd hoped to copy/paste my 2nd round comments from three weeks ago and just update it but youtube doesn't allow... Started with 20# tension tubing, ended w 10. Flyes 8# (shoulder injury), last set done slow. Pullovers ended w 15. Presses ended w 12s. Rows ended w 40# tubing, heaviest I have so had to separate feet and move slower. Thank you

2nd time around. Had official tubing this time. Used baby 10# for the first shoulder pull thing. Used 40 for the rowing. Started w 5s on the flyes (scared for shoulder) but ended w 8s. Attempted 10s on the triceps press things. Ended w 8s. Those Ys, Ts and Ws...oof Goals. Am I right?

so it turns out that movement is better for a sore back than stretching it . . . who knew. (well, I guess you did.) back is no longer spasming first thing in the morning, hooray!
