32 years old. Dropped 70 pounds in the past 7 months and it is still off. What diet did I use? No restrictive diet - changed lifestyle - healthier food, more exercise (4x per week at the gym). I followed meal plan from Onlymeal website. I lose mostly fat and gained muscles, veins started to show on my arms.

What andrew states about intermittent fasting is true, between 2017 - 2019 i consistently trained on empty stomach and my first meal would be around 1pm and i was much stronger back then even tho i was smaller than now. I was 76kg benching 140kg for 8 reps and 1rm at 160kg, sqauting 140kg for 8 reps and 1rm at 185kg, deadlifting 180kg for 10 reps and 1rm at 220kg

So true ..the food over here in the US is terrible.. Most Black men here pass away between 65 &70 years old
@Junglebtc5 күн бұрын
More factors then the food maybe ? Is there a genetic component too I'm from Ireland and have met quite a few black Africans in their 60s up to 80s arguably tougher lives then most

When I left the US and started living in Europe after exiting the Army, one of the first things I noticed was how easier it is to eat healthy foods. It is doable in America, but it`s harder than in some other countries. I`m in Texas often and what I notice is how much fried foods blacks are still eating. It´s known that this is not good, but so many are still doing it.

That's called quantity over quality. The great American way. And it's going to get worse with deregulation.

Don’t Let the ez bar hit the floor andrew keep constant tension on the triceps balancing the weight load on the triceps .and when you pull it over press all in one motion up into a press And squeeze the tricep and chest .make that your chest finisher movement to start into the triceps exercises.then do reverse grip benches a tad wide .your inside triceps head will get thicker .nice work on the ez bar pull overs .just keep the tension on the triceps balancing the weight on them. Once you get that down your arms will be more improved and chest as well : good work on the delts too andrew . The rear delts are must important for the perfect squared off shoulders .💪yes sirrrrrr

I don't know much about body building, but how is this guy not Mr Olympia??? Who is bigger then him?
@theteamofus5 күн бұрын
It’s not about size. Andrew has great size and phenomenal proportions, but lacks muscle conditioning and muscle striations when compared to the top olympians while on stage. The Olympia is a measure of size, proportions, conditioning, and how you bring that together into one package on stage.
@billj45255 күн бұрын
Samson is bigger than him, but yeah Andrew is one of the biggest. He was close to 300 on stage, and he's only been bodybuilding a few years.
@jazzyj52365 күн бұрын
He needs more muscle maturity and lines, which will come in time. He's a relative baby in this game and is already a top 6 Olympia. He's gonna keep pushing but there's no rush.

That's cool you would rather eat whole organic foods and leave all that processed foods out. I've grow my own veggies so I know what I'm eating bro so i do know what you mean. Let's go to have a competitive bodybuilder that actually promotes a healthy loss of a while even that is is an unhealthy sport because I do try naturally achieve a goal that way is a lot hard

Not all meat but most!! We do have small mom and pop farms that have ZERO CHEMICALS in their products! Every single corporation? Yes that' part IS correct! Do some fact checking before you speak or judge! 💯🙏🏽
@MrGeezil5 күн бұрын
He is right though. It’s too expensive to have food w/o any added chemicals. Like how many folks in USA can afford a $30 pasture raised whole chicken? The foods here sucks and they killing us slowly.
@MrGeezil5 күн бұрын
You probably live in Texas and I believe they got easier access to these farms. Most folks don’t have that and like I stated it can be really pricy. I paid $30 just for 1 whole chicken lol.
I know you go see this. Let's go back to the jungle on them with use bench press bar to curl .watch the cuts in your arm then .how you bigger that shit ho swell you up .go back jungle
