Saw Eddie in person the other day going the shop with his wife and son ….looked far more impressive than when he was at giants live in 2021 ,he looked solid as a rock and every bit 370lbs ….I expected him to look fatter close up and he wasn’t …..plus he looked very well groomed and clean was my first impression 😂

The thing I love most about these videos with Jamie is the strength meets hypertrophy crossover. I think there needs to be more crossover in the fitness world. You have the three main types, strength, hypertrophy and endurance and I think seeing the king of strength and a king of hypertrophy together makes for some interesting finds. Keep them coming and seeing your son in the videos is very wholesome. We brits do it best don't we haha

Eddie is the definition of a "Sleeper Build" Most normal people who don't watch strongman, would just see Eddie in public wearing a Tshirt and think he's just some normal bigger guy, like no big deal... And then he takes off his shirt and reveals his six pack and massive shoulders and chesticles. Eddie is like a big ball of muslce. I don't think I've seen anyone his size with a six pack like that. His core is like a steel keg.

2:53 Oh no he went with the bulk didn't he
@bulletproof1581 Жыл бұрын
He is supposed to despite what others think. We already have examples of how cutting or lean bulking doesn't work. Marc Bell went from powerlifting straight to bodybuilding with a cut, he gained what looked like 0 muscle and looked bad because of it, Terry hollands has also been lean bulking and gained what looks like 0 muscle and he hasn't done the best because of it. Eddie is new to bodybuilding, so his mind to muscle connection is also not the best, but this is why his super bulk will help him build some noticeable size instead of what looks like nothing.

I saw Eddie Hall at a grocery store in Newcastle the other day. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?” I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “hah? hah? hah?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckling "wanker..." to himself as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Take Fives in his hands without paying. The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter. When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he leaned in to stop her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any cyber infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.
