I have the Umpqua and have used it on the deschutes and I have to sort it still but I absolutely love it. I have not used the net holder or backpack with it yet but I really like the construction of it.

It works well. The molded structure makes it easier for net placement.

I have the Umpqua chest pack and I love it. But I would love to try and check out the fish pond one.

What is missing in this and most videos is the description of ALL details. Like, what is this or that used for that was built into the product. Instructions are really appreciated.. this is why we buy this or that... it's the features, and not just the obvious. Setting up the pack and describing what can be done with the pack, streamlines learning why one would buy one over the other. As long as this video is, although cute, was not informative for the packs. We're all interested in tricks of setting up packs for function and efficiency. Thanks for the effort... but I'll be searching elsewhere to learn!

One thing - I tried the Umpqua Overlook chest pack recently. Great chest pack for sure - great quality and design. However, after a fall in one of my local rivers last week (due to some 'dam drafting' I didn't know about), I fell in some fast (and deep) running water and barely managed to get out of without drowning. So - I'm wearing a Mustang auto-inflate PFD now anytime I even go NEAR any significant body of water. The problem with that is both the chest pack and the PFD interfere with each other when I have to wear both - not to mention it makes things pretty hot and sweaty in the summer - chest and back. So - I'm returning the chest pack and will try Umpqua's new UMPQUA ZS2 Ledges 650 waist pack instead which should work okay with a PFD around my neck.

I fished Friday before the big day Saturday. At night. Ended up seeing Dredger down there too. Heck it was one of the best fishing days i've ever had. 32 fish in like 90 minutes 2 hours ish.. Crazy.

I don’t know if this video was good or bad because I couldn’t last through the four minutes of BS and advertising in the beginning. If you’re interested in seeing what they actually have to say you might wanna start there, or it might have lasted even longer. I shut it off at the four minute mark.
