Sometimes when I do yoga videos, I get really frustrated especially when heat starts to build in my body, and I’ll even start to get a little mad, but I’m currently in the middle of yoga teacher training, and one of the women leading the training told us when that happens, if you can push beyond that anger, you’ll come out on the other side of it feeling awesome, but you really have to trust. This was the first time I was able to really push myself through a practice that made me feel kind of frustrated with my body, and I really do feel quite good now. Thank you. Namaste. 🙏🏻

A totally amazing class! Opening and grounding at the same time. My first Hatha class and a whole new world has opened up - so glad it was in your class! I will definitely look for more Hatha on our site. Thank you! Every class has been wonderful.

I absolutely LOVED this class. I woke up with a stiff neck and tight shoulders. The tension in my neck and shoulders is gone and I feel open, calm and ready for the day. Thank you so much Erin. If I could, I'd also like to request more Hatha yoga classes :)

This was much more challenging than I expected. Loved it! Enjoyed the longer holds...could really feel my shoulders and chest opening, and the strength in my legs.

Definitely a challenging class! My legs were shaking and even though I took a few breaks, later in the class there were less frequent as I managed to persuade my mind that I can actually hold the poses :P Thank you Erin! :)

Thank you Erin! This was a beautiful class that really allowed me to find the peace and stillness I've desperately been needing lately while also giving a a nice strength and stretch challenge with the long holds. Can't wait to see more hatha yoga classes on your channel!

Having had intense neck, chest and upper back tension due to a number of things, I did this today. Wow! I feel like a different person! All of your body specific yoga classes really work - the hip ones are also great for me. Thank you for sharing!

Good morning Erin! Today is my rest day and just did this routine at 7:45am! I woke up with a bit of a sore back and it feels better now! Thank you so so much for this and all your yoga routines! Have a wonderful day! :-)

Just did this one today and it was perfect! I would love to see more body part focused opening practices like this in the 45-60 minute range. I've done all the ones you have posted and I'm hooked!

Loved this class! My chest, upper back and shoulders are sooo tight from sitting at a desk all day. I regularly do your heart and chest opening classes, but this one is one of my favourites :)

Hello Erin, today is my rest day and just did this routine! I have done this yoga before and love it so much! Loved the long holds so much! And they require lots of arm and leg strength too! Shoulders, arms, back, and legs feel so good! Thank you so so much for this wonderful class! Have a Happy New Year to you and your family! :-)

I've been doing a lot of flow classes lately, so this was a welcome change. Those long holds can be challenging!

This is very inspiring Erin!!! I have been working towards flexibility since the past three months.. and I can notice visible improvements - however I am still not strong enough for the more complex head stands and splits. Can you help me with what routines I should follow to work more effectively on my core strength and balance.

Slow-paced, holding a lot of shoulder opening postures and some challenging binds. No vinyasanas or chatturangas. some planks. Good practice for the day after a hard workout. Movement starts at 4 minutes

Wow that was hard!! I'm definitively not in shape like you are (haha) but I persevered buy taking micro-breaks (bending or straightening the leg) when I felt like I couldn't, just to keep going with the sequence. At some point I got in a lovely "zone" where I was deeply relaxed but very engaged and the micro-breaks were less frequent and/or shorter. I'll be trying this one again sometime soon. Thank you! :)

Hi! Thanks for your videos :) Was wondering if plank pose should feel a bit more puffy towards the ceiling (shouldeblades, hips higher up) to decompress the wrist joints rather thank looking completely straight as in tadasana as you mentioned. Would love to reflect ideas on that :) Thanks again
