Thank you. I am way past menopause but the flow and statement bearing were so helpful. I send hugs to each menopausal soul here. It took me ten years to get through it all and yoga was a huge help. Keep coming back to your mat. Do not hate your body. Bless yourself and stay focused on what is most important. Love and light,namaste.

Dear Erin, I am not menopausal or peri-menopausal but absolutely loved this class. I am feeling a bit under the weather and this class, the pace of it yet the strength and openness really helped me feel a bit rejuvenated. I couldn't practice a vigorous flow today but this class hit the sweet spot. I was sweating mid way through the class but also feeling very calm by the end of it. Thank you. Just goes to show how versatile yoga is and how beautifully a teacher like you can channel that to all your participants.

Thank you for a beautiful practice and for shedding some light on this delicate phase! I am in the thick of perimenopause. I didn't even know what it was until I started searching online to find out what is "wrong" with me. We need to speak more about it and educate everyone, not just women! Unfortunately for me it has been a very challenging "season" and I look forward to making it through the storm. Lots of love xo

That really was the calmness before the storm practice …. I’m practising out side in steamy central coast, NSW, listening to a huge rumbling thunderstorm … no visible lightening just yet or rain… but it won’t be long 😅…. Thank you ❤ ❤❤

I realized recently that at age 65, my aching joints when I wake up and get dressed are optional. It's all about fascia release. These movements are perfect. Thank you Erin, so grateful for your expertise 🤩
