The "Chest workout Home edition" was designed to provide an easy and fun professional workout for everyone. These exercises are designed to tone main pectoral muscles (upper, major and minor pectoral muscles) and you can workout wherever you want: at home, in the park, on the beach or at the gym.
No special equipment is required for this workout: if you don't have a bench for elevated push-ups, use any elevated surface (chair, box, etc.).

I have been doing this for a one year now and i have gotten a really great result.so I recommend you guys to do this.i got a good result within 1 month. maintaining a diet will give you even more greater result.good luck to every one.

Here's my progress over the time, I just started recently. ✓ is for no skipped repetitions and number marks the number of skipped repetitions. Knee / Bench / Narrow ✓ ✓ ✓ / ✓ 1 5 / 3 4 6 ✓ ✓✓ / ✓ ✓ 3 / 3 4 7 ✓ ✓✓ / ✓ ✓ ✓ / 2 4 5 ✓ ✓✓ / ✓ ✓ ✓ / ✓ 2 3 ✓ ✓✓ / ✓ ✓ ✓ / ✓ ✓ 2 ✓ ✓✓ / ✓ ✓ ✓ / ✓ ✓ ✓ - but was kind twisting last few times ✓ ✓✓ / ✓ ✓ ✓ / ✓ ✓ ✓ - no twisting, i was lifting last few more on my triceps tho. I'm gonna do this one 4-5 more times and than go to level 2 I was taking 2 days rest in between the exercises. Hope this helps someone out there. Just be committed, keep track of your progress and you will see the improvement.

Keep working through the pain mate! Even though my chest was sore from the past 3 days I still tried to do this exercise. It's all about conditioning your body and your body doesn't want to change. Push through the pain barrier and you'll be glad you did!

I got already results in the first 2 weeks. When you do the exercise you think: i want to rest, but when you are thinking that just keep on to the next brake and then you can relax a little time and if you keep on thinking like this you will make it trough the end and after the workout you can feel your muscles in your arms and little bit in your chest and after a while you feel the most in your chest and a little bit in your arms! Keep on doing it, great exercise!

A lot harder than it seems. I barely came to an end in phase 3. I did first series of phase 3 than rested for 2 minutes and then continued. I like the workout btw, it's suitable for beginners just like I am

day 1: I could really feel my triceps I guess tearing to build the new muscle. was harder than I thought. arms gave out once or twice but still managed to finish. P.S. I am going to also be doing the and workout as well.

This has been one of my fave workouts lately. I got an invasive shoulder surgery almost 8 months ago and my left arm is still weaker than it was before. I think that doing this video is helping me. I die every time xD but don't quit!

I am going to start doing this 3 times per week and in 2 months I will post the results. Today was only able to do 9 minutes of the video because my arms were hurting too much, but I did feel my chest burn.

rajiv badloe you can do ti you want, if you dont know how muscles grows. idk googe or what. when u exercise your muscles get stimulation from brain to grow, because of ''environment circumstances''.Than , because of protein synthesis(you need protein for muscles) protein is turned into muscles. If during that period you do train again, your brain stimulates same action, with no more effect, because your body has already reacted that its muscles need to grow. and also dont forget ''progressive overload'' - google it. when u are still growing there are some few other things, which helps you still grow muscles when overtraining. anyways you either overtrain this way and your body cant grow muscles to its potential. or it is already easy for u and your body has enough muscles and these exercise do not give your muscles stimulation to grow.

No joking around! This works faster than you could imagine and if you really want to get in shape do this daily but, your diet is just as important as anything! It's not easy but, if you put 100% into it you will definetly get result's extremely quick. Also add the ab workout for that six pack you want!

Tony Szoma It will promote muscle growth. Your diet is a huge factor. I do this for general exercise. To gain muscle mass? Hit the weight's and take in plenty of protein. Make a good workout plan and stick to it! Thank's

+r99 skiller You will become better with practice and as your muscles get stronger. Also as with any body weight exercise, excess fat only makes the exercise harder so losing body fat will definitely help.

Don't do like that cause u will make no growth that way. Muscles need 48 hours rest in order to grow. You are just ruining yourself. When I started abs workout more than a month ago, I was like you, I used to do them twice a day, but then I found out that it was wrong. There is no GAIN without REST.

Natalia Sacul Cmon guys these workouts are pretty easy.. 1 hour a day I think it is not that much.. I do workout in morning and in evening.. During the day i do yoga and yoga really helps.. I get what you are saying but it would be ruining if i wouldn't stretch.. Right now i have free time on my hands.. After 2 weeks I already can see the results..

each of these exercises are good but keep in mind you ONLY have to focus on a single work out per day so do 3 different exercises in 3 days, drink plenty of water each day and let the muscle REST for a couple of days before doing it again.

Your triceps arent worked out yet, and untill they are worked out the chest cant work properly. After about 2 weeks, i fyou do this every day, your triceps will begin to hurt less and less while your chest is gonna start burning, aftter about a month you will see results in your chest.

I tried going from lwl 1 to lwl 2 when lwl 1 became easy, but that didn't work fer me. I recommend going from lwl 1 to lwl 1 doing proper ( non knee) push ups, then go to lwl 2.

The biggest trouble with the guys which can't feel their chest: is because you don't have a strong triceps. I had the same issue. I used to bench like a fucktard but instead to feel it in my chest it was in my triceps. Now this exercise helps me to feel the stress in my chest. And to be honest, body-weight exercises are way more harder than those from the gym.

ExternaL it should be a chest exercise, if you don't feel like you are working out your chest muscles then maybe you are doing it wrong? try to repostion your hands until you feel something in your chest..

I see alota people on here saying they wanna loose weight and get strong with protein powder. If your tryna loose weight then DON'T take protein powder.. Because whatever don't go to muscle goes towards fat and just makes it a whole lot harder to loose. Best way to lose weight it to not take the powders for workouts don't take nothing except the good ol' bottle of water. Now if your skinny looking for muscle mass then powder is for you. Hope it helps someone

Here is My progress ✔️ is no skipped reps, and number Marks the skipped reps Knee / Bench / Narrow November 11. ✔️✔️✔️ / 6 8 5 / 8 10 10 November 13. I did some pull ups on the side and i couldnt straighten My arm the next Day, i Think i did them wrong🤦🏽‍♂️ November 15. My forearm from the pull ups are getting better, Im on it on nov. 17 November 17. ✔️✔️✔️/ 1 6 6 / 7 9 10 November 19. December 13✔️✔️✔️/✔️✔️✔️/3/5/6 Im going to take a Day off between each exercise🙌
