you ignited the final spark in my heart to finally get some equip for my home. Bought adjustable dumbells, a Barbell with 80kg weights for the starting months, a pull up bar and of course a smaller rack and bench. Started 2 weeks ago and beeing sore as hell, but push it through like in my old football days. Love your videos and binge watch them since i stumbled across your channel. Cheers lad!

As much as I enjoy the food challenges and the funny fitness challenges, THIS is what I love to see; raw training sessions where you and your brother break down the movements, why you do them, and HOW to do them correctly. I hope we see more of this Matt!

Bro I just tried your method of lateral raises (seated) and there is a massive difference in engagement of the side delt as opposed to standing. Permanently incorporating seated into my routine. Thanks for this gamechanger. Super efficient

What’s interesting is that even though it’s technically possible to go deeper using DBs, most ppl (urself included) only go roughly until the the side of the DB touches ur chest or shoulder which gives u the same depth or worse than a BB bc the sides of the DBs r ofc so much thicker than a BB

great push workout, good excercise selection. Only thing woth considering to change is the order of the triceps excercises. Skullcrushers are heavy on the joints. If you start with cable pushdowns you warm the joints up and reduce risk of elbow or shoulder injury
