Young bro has a hard time gaining weight. It's more of the blessing then a curse. Guys like that can look great year round and slowly put on genuine muscle without having to deal with cutting while losing some muscle and strength in the process. He won the genetic lottery IMO.

"It's so hard to gain weight, I eat 3,000 calories!" I wish I had that problem hahaha x I'm a 5'1, 51kg female and I eat 2,000 calories easily each day with max protein. Cmon Ben, you can do this

Best way to spot on weighted dip when going beyond failure is by the feet. if you bend your knees then the spotter rests your feet in their hands like a boost

Isn't it better to do one muscle at a time if you do arms do triceps, then biceps, etc?

Alternating between the two is better because while you are doing triceps your biceps can rest or vice versa

Don’t rate weighted dips as an main exercise. It’s like squatting on a uneven surface still get benefits but not moving the amount of weight you could. Good finishing exercise.

Great video lads! Would love to see you guys do a video on mobility 😅 A question though, isn't that a ton of waste volume on each muscle group? I thought anything over 5-6 sets on any muscle group had rapidly diminishing returns on gains vs recovery. I'd love to know your thoughts on this.
