You don't worry dear, trust the process, you will find your way. Nextly, you can find a lot of helpful content on youtube and google. And I'd like to tell you and other people reading this a few things too: 1) You remember how our tooth used to fall while we were growing(in 4th grade or something) and tongue used to go to the same place again and again? Similarly, when u got separated, there's a void created in your life. And that is what messes with your mind. Your mind keep on going to that void neglecting the things you still have, just like you neglected the other teeth u had. So in order to tackle this, try keeping yourself busy and engaged in something for sometime. 2) Seek a HEALTHY company. Spend time with your friends and family with whom you'll feel happy and reserved. 3) Working on your passion is the best thing you can do. 4)Have patience. It'll take time. Dont expect it to happen fast. 5) Understand it's okay to cry. It's okay to feel the pain. 6) Moving on is important coz on the other side of this pain you will find a an entirely different and a better version of yourself. 7) Sometimes storm come in your life, not to destroy you but to clear your path. 8) Spend time enjoying your hobbies. 9) DON'T GET INTO A NEW RELATIONSHIP. U will end up ruining someone else's life just coz you faced breakup with your one. That's all what I'd suggest. I hope it'd be helpful to you and everyone reading this. My wife died January of this year. She had cancer for half our marriage over two decades. The last night before she passed looking over the Pacific Ocean I played this song to her in front of some close family. I still don’t know exactly why it was picked because it was spur of the moment. It’s so sad to hear this and to love someone who lost the ability to love and was beat and broken. Her family let her down in her final days and she died with a broken heart. I hope she is happy in heaven and I know she watches over us still.
