2 egg whites (about 60g)
50 g granulated sugar
2 egg yolks (about 30g)
50g flour
Sugar powder to taste
Syrup
100 ml coffee
2 teaspoons cane sugar
1 tablespoon rum
Finishing touches
130 g whipping cream
1 teaspoon sugar
2 candied chestnuts
A dash of cocoa powder
