Cher get with your closes town and fire department it would be way cheaper then burning your water pump up plus electric bill to just get a meter and use a hydrant and you would be full in about 20-30 minutes maybe faster and it’s super cheap if your in a pinch

When I worked for the fertilizer plant they had me drive the quad axle 24 Ton tender truck. That one day I was stuck 3 times. All it was, was a soft field or freshly dug which ever you want to call it. Any ways the drive tires would sink in, and the tag tires would hold me up. So once I was empty I couldn't go any where. It got very old in a hurry

I spent my day planting beans in ground so dry I couldn’t see the planter for all the dust. I did have the FWA on because I was slipping on the clods of dirt. I’d love to sink some beans into wet enough ground to come right up - we’re going to have a problem if it doesn’t rain in Kansas soon.

I have you guys on notify when a new video comes out. I always laugh somewhere in all your videos. Either from Chet or Dougo or "the Swede". So awesome to see younger people who are so involved in the farming industry. So you have the hard work ethics and the new ideas for the technology. Keep up the great work. Oh yes and a great editor, thanks Nichole.

Gonna take just about 32 hours. 5gpm(as stated by the Chet-ster) multiplied by 60 minutes an hour= 300 GPH (gallons per hour) this is how much water will flow in one hour. 9500 total capacity(as stated by Chet) Divided by 300(the calculated gph) = 31.66666667 hours. Hope this answers Chet and others question.

I have a farm in Ireland with my dad.I got a grant to turn 15 fields into 3, totalling 20 acres. And rent it for big farming. Dad gets a grant for keeping hedgerows for wildlife. But has lots of drainage issues and limited tractor access. Dad doesn't accept change, or travelling 5 miles from farm. He also can't drive a digger, but I can. Apparently I destroyed my fields, with access and drainage. I collect checks every year. I don't have a shed or a tractor. I rent them when needed. Dad is out everyday working on land , tractors and sheds. And apparently loses money., Even with grants.

I get stuck worse then that in my truck but you are very calm do you realize that as soon as that happened I would have to shut the camera off because otherwise this video would be for mature audiences only every time I fuck something up I swear more then you could imagine like when you got stuck instead of talking about how it’s hard to control yourself I would be hitting shit swearing can’t tell you how great of a job staying calm you did. Also this is why I run 4440 case with 900s besides you and Dougo together still haven’t gotten stuck as many times as I have!

Cover crops probably do work great in other areas just not yours. Growing in MN is challenging and I can’t imagine trying to manage cover crops with your soil types, short growing season and growing conditions. Seems like it’s more trouble that’s it’s worth up there. But that’s government for you...if it works well at one place than it should work that well everywhere else! 😂

Have you guys ever considered putting a pump station at the drain line that always seems to be flowing and a filter and basically saving the drain water which seems to flow way more than 5 GPM and just flows into a ditch. You would need a tank there but it seems it would save a ton of time and electric cost.

You need to make a filling station at that drain tile pit it runs all the time anyway you could hook up a 1 1/2 or 2 inch hose to the PVC pump line coming up and fill your tanker truck an you could even set a tank out their with a by pass on the tank to store water

Does your crop suffer any scorch damage from that liquid Nitrogen in view of your day time weather temps and high sunlight intensity? I am somewhat surprised to see you driving down that waterway rather than alongside it and hanging a boom over it in order the spray the vegetation. FYI in the UK you would get "shot" for spraying anything on a ditch, creek or stream of any description with water in it on the basis of water pollution - minimum distance of 10 metres from any open water and 3 metres from any dry water way!

So the big Swede had to drive a quad to tow you out? This is something to be avoided - what about using a winch on a pick-up or semi or something that is made to ride on the road? It would be slower to pull-out but all the wear on the tractors 50 miles round trip should have some option.
