Wemby at 7'4" 80 inch sleeves and real athletic ability will always be a stat stuffer. But will he make the players around him winners. So far all the spurs do is lose and lose. And don't make the excuse that he's on a lousy team. This so-called generational talent is producing wins at 21%. That's pathetic. The thunder went fron 48% winning with sga, williams and giddy to 72% winning by adding 1 player. Chet ties the whole thing together. And I'm old enough to remember that larry bird who was called slow, non athletic and white took a bad celtic team that won 20 games the previous year to winning 62 games his rookie season. And point of fact, Kevin McHale and robert parish didn't join the celtics until bird's 2nd season. That the definition of 1 player making everyone else around him better. It's winning that seperates the men from the boys.
