Why is it that we Indians CANNOT appreciate someone's hard work and talent without making some negative comment? This is surely a uniquely Indian trait. Even in school, teachers will never give well-deserved 100/100. Only 97/100 or maximum 98/100. The Indian psyche is no satisfied until we say something against somebody's good work.😢

Guys (and gals) do not come to Ms. Hema's channel looking for the modern-style healthy cooking -- no oil, no ghee, no fat, no sugar, etc. There are enough channels showing you how to make that kind of food. Ms. Hema's niche is to try and reproduce dishes in the very old-fashioned and traditional way. No one is asking you to make these dishes -- but, make them once in a while and enjoy and see what food used to taste like.😋 Said humbly. I do not think it is so much oil. There are so many recipes where there is even more quantity. I am not here for a youtube argument. If we add less oil and cook in the pressure cooker, there is a chance that the ingredients get burnt at the bottom of the pan. Hema mam I think in the recipe, I feel it must be about 4-5 tbsp oil and not 2 tbsp. Could you pls change it?
