I actually am going through hell with my boss and reported it to the EEO. Reported her for poking my shoulder blade area hard Saturday before valentines day. Also for other things later on group chat denying she didn't but with surveillance rolling there's no trying to lie on it. If she tries messing in any way or delete it that's a huge issue on her. Now she wants to talk to me but I still am with the report to at least get a warning so she behaves better and knows and understands that she can't treat or touch employees just cause she the boss. She has said we can't have lunch breaks either if it's not 6 hours but I still did cause I'd take no more then 15 mins if it's busy or longer if it isn't busy. So that all got reported and will learn to do things better cause we not slaves or puppets to be treated like trash.
