@@metomwhounot to be a nit , you have done great , but throw out the #s , use the mirror and clothes, its a common idea , not a revelation but such a solid concept . Do resistance training of which LESS is more especially while restricting calories etc , do no more the 4 hours a week of somewhat intense ( nothing to cause injury ) resistance even if or perhaps better so stuff like push ups etc and a little weight training NEVER exceeding 1 hour in a day / session and 3 -4 days max which affords the best ratio of recovery for body to aquire lean mass , it might not be best for fitness or strength but for weight loss the goal is to simply add as well as preserve muscle mass which will pay MONSTER dividends to not only losing weight but keeping it off over the decades . That's probably the biggest mistake often made still, is weight goal . Pants size or BMI is better but the best is using the mirror . I have been categorized as morbidly obese at 5 8 weighing 210 pounds despite 33 inch waisted pants , abs even if not like a bug and far below average body fat of average person . Unless your trying to make weight as a combat athlete or need to weigh X to do something like free climb or be a jockey , get paid to pilot cars etc . Your actual weight is of very little to no matter. It IS difficult for some people to gain muscle without eating a bunch and most people struggle to even maintain muscle while reducing weight . But adding muscle Is the best hack as you could at this point be adding weight while losing fat and In most peoples view unless you go bonkers and look freaky or too try hard , improve the look and function of your body . Just always remember that more time training does not mean more muscle. Most people on mission to gain muscle or Lose fat by working out go past their natural hormones ability to add significant muscle and cancel out ALL to nearly ALL their efforts by believing more work equals more results un aware that the people who train like crazy are either on steroids or outliers with high test as well as other inherint physical traits that allow them to gain muscle . But many people with larger muscles / better BMI know less is more if not on gear . Once you add muscle your burning calories In sleep and on couch . You also get muscle memory which means even if you have to stop training or do for whatever reason, when you start back up , even as age advances your muscles will much faster return to the volume you already achieved, that shit is real . Think of it as putting money in high yield and completely safe investment compared to working low paying job extra hours to try and get money . LESS IS MORE , except for sleep , the less your able to sleep the less you should push muscles if looking to gain lean tissue . I rarely spent OR spend more then 3 hours total in a weak and regularly accused of steroid use by people training 5 days or more a week for 2 hours etc, 57 and still jacked without looking goofy . Best Hack . Your doing something right so I should clam up , but best intentions I promise , if your already tuned in , please excuse me .

My C6 responded very well to additional camber on the track. It cost a small amount of wear on the street but, def worth it for me at Sebring and Homestead! Seems like really good throttle response with the 102 and the "gimmick". Sounds great! One other thing, I put Pedders struts and shocks (Australian super cars) on my 5th gen Camaro and it was a really good match for the suspension. Just a thought. I know KW is the way most people go these days but, I'm a "Get more from less" kinda guy! And, Misha finding the limits is always fun to see!

For those that don't know GM engines, that mod list added like 10 hp. Throttle body helps with throttle response, but it and the ported IM do almost nothing for hp, about 5 hp total. Intake probably got 5 too.

True...Where I noticed the difference was in the upper RPM range. Stock, the car felt as if it wasn't able to breathe just fell on it's face. Doesn't do that now and the throttle controller just makes the car feel completely different and more responsive.

Those Cup2's are def smoked, and or the suspension is just too soft to deal with all the extra grip.. Seemed like you were driving on cold slicks thru most of the track.. and the brakes were smoking because you got to hold down the trac control button and remove ESP as well.. or the stability control is still on and will apply brakes.. My SS 1LE drives completely different from just turning off TC to holding the button and removing tc & esp..

Number 1 complaint from reviewers and drivers since the C8 came out has been it's super understeery. Idk if a more aggressive track alignment can help or if you would need to swap out sway bars though. Not alot of ppl tracking these cars, just a lot of noise around the launch then silence.

I have a 2023 Z51 and didn’t like the under steer when I first tracked her in Calafat, a race track about 80 mls south of Barcelona. I changed to the recommendations in the owners manual 3 * camber in front and 2.5 * in rear and must admit it makes a lot of a difference to the better and she still handles very predictable on the freeway with high speeds. Is there a list of the mods you recommend with the links and brands you use? Happy new year btw.
