Years ago in Arkansas, me and my brother ran from the police at night for beating up some people that threatened my elderly parents. They showed up in force with a K9 and we hid close by in the woods. The briars weren't the problem that night. I just felt sorry for the girl. People do make mistakes in their lives, and some are not as bright as others. Perhaps, I felt sorry for her being arrested because she did not cause a big scene by yelling, screaming, making threats, resisting arrest etc, as I have seen most women doing that when they get caught. She wasn't going home from that stop--he's just trying to make her feel bad for running. He already was suspicious of them as hell and was getting them out the car. If she didn't have drugs or whatever was in the walmart bag...then she probably would have been going home. Either way, she still has more charges for running though.
