Exactly the question I had. Took me 2 hours to find this answer. HDC 52 mounted like yours. Received 2 gaskets. But 2 holes in the metal plate, so it was the correct one mounted for me. Thanks !

Hey Leon ,another great video thanks for the information , time and effort .Had my red / white ez auto had issues put a new carb kit in , issues still , changed out the circuit plate gasket and saw runs like a champ.

After almost 60 years of working on small engines I stumbled across this fix many years ago. Don't always go by the gaskets that are in the carb as correct. That saw had been worked on before & whoever rebuilt it didn't pay attention.

i picked me up a poulan super 25da ...meen little saw and it has a walbro carb..they but 1/4 in pitch chain on them back then and im not sure where to buy it. do you know?

This might be whats wrong with my super. Runs great until i raise it overhead or turn it on it's side it dies

That actually sounds more than crankshaft seals. A saw that will tune on the bench, but die or rev up when tilted usually has worn seals.
