The bowl is from 2004-2011 because it has the horizontal script logo and the tank is from 2002-2003

The Kohler Bardon Urinal is 'Useless' because it don't flush (someone has turned off the flushometer). The early 2000's AS 1.6 Gal Cadet is alright (the double siphon is nice) but the whole toilet wobbles which would not be very good to sit on and in time may well spring a leak from the floor trapway outlet gasket. The whole restroom here looks a little sketchy and not very well maintained!

The Kohler Bardon is okay but the flushometer needs serious attention especially when someone needs to use it. The 2002 American standard Cadet is tolerable and the double flush is pretty good

I would definitely install a buoy flapper and turn on the Bardon if I could

I'm pretty sure they discontinued these in 2008 but the bowl is probably no older than 2004
