Little interesting fact - Most Ford Oil Pressure Gauges from the 80's and newer are kind of fake, meaning if you rev it, the pressure won't change. It's a glorified dummy light. Either you have acceptable pressure or nothing. Ford even added a capacitor to their gauges to make them slowly come up to the middle so they look more realistic instead of instantly jumping there. Try revving a Ford and look sometime at the oil gauge.

I have a 96 Cheyenne all Blue like this one, rust free and 82,000 miles. Bought it new used in 1/97 when it had 900 miles on it. Ran it out of coolant years ago, replaced the water pump, new coolant and it still ran and runs like new. I think those were the years when engines were made strong. Like a rock!

If it was me or you . I would most definitely take those parts for white chevy that you bought cause that thing definitely needs work . Especially for the part that it's missing or sensors that don't work or whatever or if it was me I would take the motor out and put this motor out of the blue and into the white one. Orr take parts off the white one and fix this blue one up 🤷‍♂️ . Still plenty of parts for something to be built

88 to 94 had the lego block and they went to that interior style in 95. 95 and 96 don't have a passenger side airbag and 97 through 2000 did. Minor differences otherwise. I like the lego block look too lol. I have a time capsule 94 reg cab short bed Silverado that's been in storage since 2008 and the only thing I wish was the interior was grey instead of blue. When I get time it will get an LS dropped in it. I do have a perfect set of high back buckets and console and the ultra rare 6000 rpm tach 100 mph speedo 454 SS cluster to put in it too.

And all you would have to fix is the broken suspension and check the back tire and the rim and all that. I don't think it's ready for the junkyard just yet. Put it on the train to Ontario Canada.
