Going along nicely! Rather a lot of body work for sure but it will be good when you get new metal in. Rooting for ya! Just woke up, so no water, just 2 cups of coffee.

Coffee has water in it! Lol, thanks Alex. She's getting along. Not to spoil anything but I'm going to be changing the front end over from a 10 lug to a 6 lug, and am ordering a disc brake conversion kit so this baby can actually stop!

Are you putting any body patch panels in? You're lucky you don't have cab corners to deal with.

Most likely down around the driver side rear where all the rot is! Thankfully the rest of the body really isnt in too bad of shape, the fenders are in remarkably good shape, its just the rear end that needs some patching. The tricky part is that they dont make many pre fab panels for the panel vans, they really only make them for the pickup trucks, so this is mostly going to be custom fabrication and whatnot. Luckily the floor pan is exactly the same as it is on the pickup, so that was easy to find!
